Djibouti steel FACTORY SARL is the first steel manufacturing company established in Republic of Djibouti, Horn of Africa. It was inaugurated by His excellence President, Republic of Djibouti Mr. Ismail Omer Gulle as on 25.06.2018.
The company is installed with a manufacturing capacity of 120,000 mt per annum with far reaching influence and take care the local market of Djibouti as well as Ethiopia, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan and East Africa markets.
The company manufactures finest and most reliable hot rolled low carbon steel bars (Reinforcement Steel Bars) through Thermo Mechanical Treatment (TMT) process in sizes ranging from 8 mm to 32 mm and in lengths 12 meters. The specification followed is ASTM A615 Grade 60.
