The company manufactures hot rolled low carbon steel bars (Reinforcement Steel Bars) through Thermo Mechanical Treatment (TMT) process by using the modernized and world machinery. The unit is having the manufacturing capacity of the 120,000 mt per annum and equipped with the facilities
- World class thermo mechanically treated Reinforcement steel bar.
- 20 MT Reheating furnaces.
- 2 Roughing mills and 12 continuous Rolling Mills with TMT process, Automatic cooling bed and material handling equipment.
- State of art Quality lab consists of Spectrometer for checking chemical composition of raw material and Universal Testing Machine to check yield strength, tensile strength and elongation.
- Re-bending machine for bend and re-bend testing.
